Doug Anderson is the founder of WisdomBank Coaching, working with Christian leaders, entrepreneurs, and parents who feel the tension between Kingdom calling and cultural pressure — including the pressure of an AI-saturated world.
His core conviction: identity is the foundation. Strategy, productivity, and technology adoption without a clear sense of who you are in Christ leads to burnout, not growth. Doug coaches from this premise — helping leaders steward AI as a tool, not submit to it as a master, so they can reclaim time, deepen presence, and live fully aligned with God.
Doug draws on over 30 years of cross-cultural ministry experience and formation shaped by both theological rigor (Lewis, Keller, Piper, Grudem) and Spirit-empowered Kingdom vision (Johnson, Clark, Ladd). WisdomBank Coaching is based in Germany and serves clients internationally, in person and online.
