Personal Coaching
What is WisdomBank?
WisdomBank is a life coaching practice rooted in over 30 years of experience in mentoring, pastoral care, and personal development. We combine professional coaching with Christian Spiritual Intelligence to help you find clarity, direction, and connection to the right support — seeing the whole picture of your life, not just one part of it.
What makes WisdomBank different from other coaching?
WisdomBank is built on Christian Spiritual Intelligence — the integration of Biblical wisdom, prayer, and the Holy Spirit's guidance into practical life coaching. We don't work in isolation. We're connected to a trusted network of Christ-centred Network Specialists across many fields, so when you need expertise beyond coaching, you receive a warm, personal referral to someone we know and trust.
What is Christian Spiritual Intelligence?
Christian Spiritual Intelligence is the ability to discern and respond to the Holy Spirit's guidance in everyday life. It includes wisdom rooted in Scripture, understanding your identity in Christ, emotional and spiritual maturity, and making decisions anchored in faith, integrity, and God's purposes for your life.
What topics can coaching help with?
We help with life transitions, career direction, confidence and identity, relationships, leadership development, purpose and calling, faith integration, healthy boundaries, and overcoming fear, doubt, or stagnation. For specialised needs — like mental health, financial planning, or legal matters — we connect you with trusted Christian Network Specialists in our network.
What is the WisdomBank Network Specialist team?
It's a curated circle of Christ-centred professionals across various fields — therapists, financial advisors, career coaches, health practitioners, and more. Every Network Specialist is personally known and trusted, shares a Christian faith, and brings excellence in their field. When you need specialised help, we connect you with the right person.
How does the Network Specialist referral process work?
As we work together, we identify areas where specialised expertise would help. Rather than leaving you to search on your own, we personally introduce you to a trusted Network Specialist from our network. You arrive with context already shared (with your permission), so the Network Specialist can serve you effectively from day one.
Do I have to pay extra for Network Specialist referrals?
Referrals to Network Specialists are included in your coaching relationship — there's no additional fee for the introduction. You would pay the Network Specialist directly for their services at their own rates. The value is in receiving a trusted, vetted recommendation rather than searching blindly.
What kinds of Network Specialists are in the network?
The network includes professionals across mental health and therapy, financial planning, career development, health and wellness, relationships and family, spiritual direction, legal services, business coaching, and more. All share a commitment to Christ-centred practice and excellence in their field.
What happens during a coaching session?
Sessions are tailored to you, but typically include: clarifying your goals, identifying limiting beliefs, exploring obstacles, strategic planning, and practical next steps. For those who want it, we integrate prayer, Scripture reflection, and listening to the Holy Spirit. Every session serves your growth — it's not a rigid formula.
Do I need to be Christian to work with WisdomBank?
While our approach is rooted in Christian faith, coaching is open to anyone. If you prefer a non-faith-based approach, that's respected. If you desire spiritual integration, it's woven in naturally. You guide the level of faith involvement that feels right for you.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy focuses on healing past wounds, trauma, or mental health challenges. Coaching focuses on growth, goals, and forward movement. We're not therapists, but we work alongside excellent Christian therapists in our network. If therapeutic support would serve you better, we'll connect you with the right person.
How long does the coaching process take?
It depends on your goals. Some clients experience breakthroughs in 3–6 sessions. Others value long-term coaching for ongoing accountability, growth, and spiritual development. You choose the pace and depth that works for you.
What results can I expect?
Clients often experience: increased clarity about identity and calling, stronger confidence and boundaries, practical tools for decision-making, reduced overwhelm, a deeper relationship with God, renewed purpose, improved relationships, and — when needed — connection to Network Specialists who can help with specific challenges.
What is the Connect Call?
It's a free 20-minute conversation where we discuss your goals, challenges, and whether coaching is the right fit. There's no pressure — just an honest conversation about how we might help. If it's a match, we'll talk about next steps together.
How do sessions work?
Sessions are held via phone or video call, so you can join from anywhere in the world. After booking, you'll receive connection details. Most clients meet every 2–3 weeks, with practical steps to work on between sessions.
How do I get started?
Book a free Connect Call. It's a simple conversation where we explore your situation and see if there's a fit. If coaching — or connection to a Network Specialist — would serve you, we'll map out the path forward together.
Corporate Coaching
What is the Culture Transformation Partnership (CTP)?
Our Culture Transformation Partnership is a corporate coaching programme designed to reduce burnout, stabilise sick-leave costs, and retain your best people. Engagement starts with a standalone Cultural Health Audit — the diagnostic entry product. If you proceed, the ongoing partnership delivers a 12-month SI Curriculum of workshops, Confidential Care 1-on-1 coaching from a shared Bank of Hours, C-suite coaching with Doug, and access to our Referral Partner Network — all delivered through our Hub & Spoke model by our team of experienced coaches.
What is the Cultural Health Audit and how does it relate to the CTP?
The Cultural Health Audit is a standalone diagnostic product, sold separately from the ongoing partnership. It produces a board-level Cultural Health Report based on anonymous pulse surveys, confidential leadership interviews, and pattern analysis — and gives you recommendations you can act on whether or not you continue. It is the entry step into the CTP: if you choose to move into the ongoing PEPM programme, a portion of the audit fee is credited against your first month.
What pillars make up the CTP?
The CTP is built on four integrated pillars. The Cultural Health Audit is the diagnostic entry pillar, sold as a standalone product. The remaining three pillars are covered by the ongoing PEPM partnership: the SI Curriculum (12 months of monthly workshops — the Hub), the Confidential Care Infrastructure (flexible, private 1-on-1 coaching from a shared Bank of Hours — the Spokes), and the Referral Partner Network (vetted clinical, financial, legal, and addiction Referral Partners for warm handoffs when needs exceed standard coaching).
What is the Hub & Spoke delivery model?
We deliver the CTP through our Hub & Spoke model. The "Hub" is the monthly workshop — a group session introducing a life-skills theme and creating shared language. The "Spokes" are the confidential 1-on-1 sessions that follow, where employees apply the theme to their own situation with a Care Partner.
What is the Bank of Hours?
We allocate your company a shared Bank of Hours — a capacity pool of 1-on-1 coaching hours each month. Instead of rigid per-person quotas where unused sessions go to waste, we allow flexible usage across your entire workforce. Employees who need more support can access it, while the overall budget stays predictable.
How does the PEPM pricing model work?
The Cultural Health Audit is sold as a separate, standalone diagnostic product with its own one-off fee. The ongoing partnership uses a Per Employee Per Month (PEPM) pricing model — a fixed monthly fee per headcount covering the SI Curriculum workshops, the Bank of Hours 1-on-1 sessions, C-suite coaching with Doug, quarterly anonymised reporting, and Referral Partner Network access. No hidden fees and no per-session charges. When a client proceeds from the audit into the partnership, a portion of the audit fee is credited against the first PEPM month.
Who delivers the corporate coaching service?
We deliver the CTP through our WisdomBank Network — a team of native German-speaking Associate Coaches personally vetted and trained by Senior Partner Doug Anderson. Our Associate Coaches run all workshops and confidential 1-on-1s in German. Doug personally conducts the Cultural Health Audit, provides strategic oversight, and coaches C-suite leaders in English.
How does Corporate Coaching differ from personal coaching?
Our personal coaching is a one-to-one relationship focused on your individual goals and life direction. Our Corporate Coaching is an organisation-wide programme designed to transform your company's culture proactively. It includes group workshops, 1-on-1 sessions from a shared Bank of Hours, cultural diagnostics, and anonymised trend reporting for HR — delivered by a dedicated team rather than a single practitioner.
How does a company get started with the CTP?
We start with a 30-minute Discovery Call with Doug Anderson to understand your needs. From there, we conduct the Cultural Health Audit — including anonymous pulse surveys and leadership interviews — and deliver a data-driven report for your board. That report guides our tailored rollout of the SI Curriculum and Confidential Care. The entire onboarding is designed to be low-friction for HR.
What is the HR portal?
We provide a self-service HR portal for anonymised trend reporting, programme utilisation data, and administrative tools — without compromising individual confidentiality. Employees book their 1-on-1 sessions on their own schedule, while HR receives aggregated cultural health insights. All data is 100% GDPR-compliant.
AI, Identity & Christian Stewardship
Should Christian leaders use AI for personal guidance?
AI can help organize thinking, surface options, and save time — but it cannot discern the Holy Spirit's leading, and it should never be the final word on major life or ministry decisions. Use AI to prepare for prayer and counsel, not to replace them.
What should a pastor or ministry leader never outsource to AI?
Presence. Pastoral care, prayer with someone in crisis, and spiritual direction require a human who is present in the Spirit — AI can draft the sermon outline, but it cannot sit with a grieving family.
Can an AI chatbot replace a Christian coach or spiritual director?
No. A chatbot can answer questions; it cannot know you, discern the Spirit, or hold you accountable over time. Coaching is relational formation, not information retrieval.
How is AI quietly changing the identity of leaders?
By making constant output the expectation, AI tempts leaders to root their worth in productivity rather than in Christ. The more effortless the output, the easier it is to mistake speed for calling.
What is Christian AI stewardship?
Using AI as a tool that serves human dignity and Kingdom purpose — reclaiming time and attention for what AI cannot do — rather than letting AI set the pace, values, or identity of the leader using it.
Why must identity come before AI strategy for Christian leaders?
Because tools amplify whoever is using them. A leader who is unclear on their identity will use AI to perform and prove themselves faster. A leader grounded in Christ will use AI to free up time for presence and calling.
